First before we consider what it is to be Kingdom Minded one must be saved and born again as is stated in Romans 10:9; that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Except a man be born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God.

Now let's define the aspects of God's Kingdom:

His Kindom is an everlasting Kingdom. Psalm 145:13
His kingdom rules over all. Psalm 103:19
His Kingdom must be first. Matthew 6:33
The Kingdom is the gospel. Matthew 4:23

Jesus mentioned the Kingdom in His parable teaching:

Another parable put He forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field: Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof. Matthew 13:31-32

Jesus was explaining that even though at that time the influence of the kingdom of heaven seemed small and insignificant, it would eventually have far reaching effects just like the tree that grows from a mustard seed.

Now back to the question what is it to be kingdom minded, to be kingdom minded requires that your life is consistent of praying, reading, meditating, and eating the Word of God. A kingdom mindset demonstrates love, hope, and has faith and desires to to follow the "Kingdom of God" system and not the systems/gods of this world. Jesus offers you a kingdom mindset (Philippians 2:5) so you can stay connected (John 15:1;4). Remember, Jesus is the "true vine" (John 1:5) which has everything you need to develop and maintain a kingdom mindset while living in the earth realm. You can live a fruitful, effective life that glorifies God. Now Is The Time! Let us spend our lives harvesting a spiritual crop for eternal life. There are endless fields of souls needing to hear the truth. Now Is The Time for the harvest (John 4:35). Kingdom Minded followers of Jesus Christ knows that "salvation" is vital and the gospel must be told.

What a tragedy for the "kingdom of God" to come near to you, and you reject it.

A Kingdom Mindset involves changing from your old way of thinking to the Kingdom way of thinking.It's not just about living the Christian life or abiding by an agenda or following a set of rules. Instead, a kingdom mind-set is characterized by the following:

Understanding that you are a new creature . II Corinthians 5:17 declares "Therefore anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come!"

Transforming and renewing your mind. Romans 12:2 says, "do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind. Then you will be able to know the will of God-what is good and is pleasing to Him and is perfect."

Let the mind that is in you be also as the mind of Christ Jesus. Philippians 2:5

Sharing your faith. Matthew 5:14-16 says, you are the light of the world. "a city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light it and put it under a bushel. Instead they put it on its stand; and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and praise your Father in heaven."
